Founded in 1999, Rhino 7 Franchise Growth Systems founders, Doug Schadle, John Cohen, Dan Olsen, and Tammi Veater come from extensive backgrounds in franchise development, marketing and royalty revenue generation.  R7FGS enjoys an excellent reputation in the franchise consultant / broker networks.  Brand growth for franchisors is R7FGS's primary focus.  Also, we assist the right people, at the right time, in finding, investigating and acquiring the right franchise to achieve their career dreams of owning their own business. As we accomplish this mission, we help them improve the quality of their lives.  By helping these individuals fulfill their goals, the excellent franchisors we represent improve their company operations and add quality people to their organization.

Brian Garoutte

  • When not in the office, Brian enjoys traveling, reading, fishing and spending time with family and friends
Matt Dillon

 
  • Executive Multi-brand Manager at R7FGS since 2002
  • Specializes in designing and implementing comprehensive programs intended to assist prospective franchisees through the evaluation of our franchise concepts
  • Trains the development team on the attributes of the brand and all aspects of the franchise investigation process
  • Supervises the ongoing progress of each franchise candidate and lends support to his development staff
  • Current responsibilities include managing the development of the Senior Helpers franchise
  • Prior to joining the R7FGS team in 2002, Matt completed his studies at North Carolina State University in Engineering.  He began his professional career with Nortel Networks.  For 12 years, Matt was involved in Project Management, Business Line Management and Major Customer Sales Accounts
  • When Matt is away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons
Mark McKeller

 
  • Has been with R7FGS since 2006, specializing in Franchise Sales

  • Graduated from the University of Georgia in 1986

  • Responsible for helping people determine whether R7FGS brands are the right match

  • Has 15 years of experience helping place the right people with the right Franchise brands

  • Involved in the opening of over 850 Franchises across the United States

  • Has extensive Franchise sales training and experience

  • Very conscious of keeping the broker informed of client progress

  • Mark lives in Atlanta with his wife Karen.  Both are avid scuba divers

Kevin Culkin
  • Multi-brand Manager at R7FGS since 2006
  • Has 20 years experience in Franchise Development Sales Management
  • Prior to this Mr. Culkin ran franchise development departments for Buffalo's Cafe, a 60 unit full service casual dining chain positioned primarily in the Southeast, Chop Chop Chinese To You, Floor Coverings International and Professional Carpet Systems
Michael McKeller

 
  • Multi-brand Manager at R7FGS since 2006
  • Has been helping people evaluate franchise opportunities for over 15 years
  • Has also been a professional speaker, television producer and financial planner
  • Has appeared numerous times on CNN and TBS speaking on the topics of motivation, overcoming fear and following one’s dreams.
  • Graduated from the University of Georgia in 1988 with a BBA in Finance
  • When not in the office, Michael enjoys extreme sports and traveling with his wife
Gary Goodman

 
  • Multi-brand Manager with R7FGS since 2008
  • Served as Director of Franchise Development for Batteries Plus and took a small young emerging franchise with 23 locations to over 300 by the time he left
  • Served as Director of Franchise Development for Nationwide Floor and Window Coverings for seven years
  • Also has experience with Q-Zar, the largest Laser Tag and Entertainment Centers in the world
  • Gary loves spending time with his family, is a die hard Harley Davidson Rider, and enjoys getting on his Hog and riding for hours at a time
Brandon Veater

 
  • Marketing Coordinator with R7FGS since 2003
  • Has more than 12 years experience in operating family owned franchises
  • Territory Planning and mapping specialist

  • When away from work Brandon enjoys the outdoors, especially Jeeping (President of the www.AZJeepClub.com)
Matt Olsen

 
  • With R7FGS since 2005, assisting in franchise sales, research and international development
  • Currently studying Chinese and Business at Brigham Young University, anticipates graduating in April 2009 with a BA in Chinese
  • Advanced language skills in Mandarin, familiar with Cantonese and Spanish
  • Enjoys music, basketball, running, and video games
Pat Cohen

  • Responsible for all financial obligations within the company
  • Likes to spend her time crunching numbers.

Rita Perkins

April Johnson

  • Recently moved from her home state of Utah to Arizona for a new change where she started working with R7FGS
  • Gained her experience working for corporate companies such as Flying J and Marker LTD (2002 Winter Olympics Clothing Sponsor)
  • Enjoys camping, rafting the Snake River, finding great sales, watching sporting events and running races with her brothers and sisters
David Hines

Lai Salmonson

  • Previously at Nortel Networks as an Engineering Support Specialist for over five years overseeing twenty test technicians
  • Enjoys family life with wife and 2 girls, traveling, tennis, running, and spending time in ministries in his local church.  His most recent mission trip was training World Relief Organization teachers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Phnom Penh, Cambodia
